Gadopentetate Dimeglumine Injection is a MRI contrast agent indicated for use to visualize lesions with abnormal vascularity in the brain, spine and associated tissues.

• It can be indicated to facilitate the visualization of lesions with abnormal vascularity in the body except for the heart.
• It can be used to facilitate the visualization of lesions with abnormal vascularity in the head and neck.
• It can also be used for visualization of intracranial lesions.

• Common side effects of Gadopentetate Dimeglumine Injection include anxiety,chills,dizziness,flushing,injection site reactions,increased thirst,Appetite loss,nausea, stuffy nose, sore throat, and vomiting.
• The most side effects are nephrogenic systemic fibrosis and anaphylactic reaction.
• Be careful that some may occur up to several days after injection in rare case.
